Himmat Card will begin issued by Bank of Punjab (PITB) and Punjab Information Technology Board (BOP) Bank of Punjab. Disability Certificate: You must have a disability certificate issued by Punjab.
Certificate of work disability: It must state that you are unable to work because of your disability.
Earning status: It is important to state that you are not employ by any government or non-government organization.
Social Security is useless:You should not take advantage of any survey NSER or other social security net.
NSER survey and PMT score: You have to face the NSER survey. And your PMT score should be less than 45.
Resident of Punjab: You will need a valid ID. And you must be a resident of Punjab.
